The Update:

Naaman Forest Band Community, this is the week of our 12 Days of Christmas Winter Concert, this coming Wednesday. We are excited to host and showcase small ensembles across the school. Please wear comfortable shoes because we will be doing some walking.

Students, the band hall is open after school on Wednesday to decorate the performance areas. Please let us know if you would like to help.

We are so proud of all the students that completed their 2025 All region process. It is a long and arduous journey but you have done well by completing it. We hope you recognize your musical growth and be proud of all the work that you have done.

Please help us congratulate those whose journey continues at Phase 2 tomorrow. If you see them, please give them a warm congratulations.

Band Holiday Party is coming up soon. Please sign up for the Secret Santa and the Potluck as well!

Marching uniforms are due back from the dry cleaners by end of day on Monday December 15th. Skyward charge of $20 cleaning fee will be added on Tuesday for all who have not turned it in with their receipt.

Also on Wednesday, we have a Hawaiian Bros Spirit Night from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. If you need dinner suggestion before or after the concert, please visit the Hawaiian Bros in Rowlett.

Wind Ensemble will rehearse

  • Tuesday 7:00 am and 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Symphonic Band will rehearse on Tuesday at 3:30 pm

Percussion will rehearse on Wednesday at 3:30 pm

Colorguard will not rehearse
