Performance requirements:
Check in at your performance room
Must have an original for the judge that is numbered
Dress to impress for your performance.
Each student is responsible for his/her music stand
Arrive at your performance room at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time
School procedures:
Be careful with your belongings. Many students, parents, and music teachers will be roaming the building, making things congested and crowded. You are responsible for your personal property.
The buses will not be on campus during the competition. They will be dropped off and come back for pickup. Belongings can be left on the bus, but they will not be accessible during the competition
Each student will receive money that can be used for meals throughout the day. Some concessions will be on campus, but students may use other means such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc.
Students will need to save receipts of qualifying purchases and return money that is not used for food. It is recommended that students bring extra money for any additional purchases.

About: The Principal of the GRCTC has invited the Naaman Forest Drumline to join in the DECA Send Off parade this Thursday. Plan to parade in front and/or through the GRCTC to celebrate these students while we play our favorite cadences.

All percussionists have been field tripped out for this event. However, students need to prioritize their academics at the end of the cycle. Please contact Mr. Collins as soon as possible if you need to remain in class instead of participate in this event.
