The Naaman Forest Drumline Clinic + Showcase is our annual fall percussion event bringing together all the percussionists from Webb, Sellers and Naaman Forest. Participants will get to work with high quality guest educators and learn more about drumline and marching percussion. Our very own Naaman Forest Drumline will perform their 2025 Drumline Show and the event will end with a pizza party for all participants.
This event is free!

About:
Our Athletics Department has organized a media day for our campus’ fall programs. This includes, football, cheer, drill and your own Ranger Band!
The primary reason for the event is for our professional pictures. All students are expected to attend to be included in our promotional photography.
Students were given a flyer on Friday, August 15 that includes options for ordering photos and other personalized items. All purchases are optional.
There is currently no expectation to perform at this event. We will plan to wear our full uniform.

Lunch:
Students are responsible to bring their own lunch
Students may not leave campus during camp hours, including lunch
Parents may drop off lunch/food for students, but please be mindful that rehearsals resume promptly at 1pm
Students should not plan to have access to a refrigerator or microwave
Please try to enjoy a healthy lunch that provides energy and nutrition for the afternoon. Avoid fried, fatty foods and excessive sugar.
Daily Expectations:
Earplugs are required for all indoor rehearsals with battery instruments.
Students should bring a large reusable water bottle to all rehearsals. A half gallon water Igloo water jug is required for all band members before the beginning of the school year.
Students should have sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat. A hat is required for all outdoor rehearsals when the sun is present
Students should wear closed-toed athletic shoes, and comfortable active wear suitable for outdoors and warm weather.
Arrive early to be prepared to start rehearsal on time.

Check in at your performance room
Must have an original for the judge that is numbered
Dress to impress for your performance.
Each student is responsible for his/her music stand
Arrive at your performance room at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time
School procedures:
Be careful with your belongings. Many students, parents, and music teachers will be roaming the building, making things congested and crowded. You are responsible for your personal property.
The buses will not be on campus during the competition. They will be dropped off and come back for pickup. Belongings can be left on the bus, but they will not be accessible during the competition
Each student will receive money that can be used for meals throughout the day. Some concessions will be on campus, but students may use other means such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc.
Students will need to save receipts of qualifying purchases and return money that is not used for food. It is recommended that students bring extra money for any additional purchases.
