Percussion: Week of September 29 - October 5
“Bandtober” is upon us and the band has joined us in contest season after yesterday’s contest in Wylie.
This week has a lot in store. We have a rare “mid week” contest, a Friday football game in Wylie, and Regional Contest in Ft. Worth on Saturday.
Cycle 1, Week 8 (B Week), September 29 - October 5
Monday
During A1 - Bloom Run and review stands tunes.
After School Rehearsal from 3:30-5:30pm at Naaman Forest
Battery+Pit, Plan to rehearse outside
Tuesday
During B5 - Battery will not go outside, focus will be fundamentals, Part 4 of The Bloom and load the trailer.
During B7 - Front Ensemble, will load the trailer before going to A lunch
Wednesday
During A1 - Bloom Run and review stands tunes.
After School Rehearsal from 3:30-6:30pm at Naaman
Thursday
During B5 - Battery will go outside, focus will be on the Bloom, connecting Feet to music.
During B7 - Front Ensemble, focus will be the Bloom
Free after school
Friday (B Day)
During B5 - Battery will not go outside, focus will be on the Bloom and 4 Mallet Solo Day
During B7 - Front Ensemble, focus will be the Bloom and 4 Mallet Solo Day

Drumline Jersey Payment
Drumline Jerseys arrived in record time this year and we’ve already had two awesome events to show them off. It is time to make plans to pay for our jersey order:
Due to rising costs the price for jerseys will be $58 for sizes Small - XL and $63 for jerseys that are 2XL-3XL.
Payments should be provided to the band boosters. Click HERE for details on payments accepted.
If you are providing payment digitally (Zelle, Paypal, Cash App), please send Mr. Collins a screenshot of your payment for accurate record keeping.
You may make multiple payments over time to pay for the jerseys. If not paying in full, please make at least one payment per month until paid in full. Payments are due in full by November 14.
