Percussion: Week of October 20 - 26 UIL Region
Welcome back and here comes our 2nd grading cycle. Thank you for your efforts over Fall break and some great performances, building into this week.
This week is UIL Region. It’s a make or break week to determine if we have earned any more competitive performances this season.
Cycle2, Week 1 (B Week), October 20 - 26
Monday
Before School (if able) - Truck Unload
During A1 - Bloom
After School Rehearsal from 3:30-6:30pm at Williams Stadium
Battery+Pit, Plan to rehearse outside
Tuesday
Before School (if able) - Truck Unload
During B5 - Battery will not go outside, focus will be fundamentals, and The Bloom.
During B7 - Front Ensemble, focus will be adding musical direction to show.
After School Rehearsal from 3:30-6:30pm at Naaman Forest
Wednesday
During A1 - The Bloom.
Thursday
During B5 - Solo Day - 2 Mallets and Snare
During B7 - Solo Day - 2 Mallets and Snare
After School Rehearsal from 3:30-5:30 at Naaman
Friday (B Day)
During B5 - Battery, focus will be on the Bloom, possibly going outside.
During B7 - Front Ensemble, focus will be The Bloom
Football Game v North Garland at Williams Stadium from 3:00-10:30pm (Pink Out game)

Drumline Jersey Payment
Drumline Jerseys arrived in record time this year and we’ve already had two awesome events to show them off. It is time to make plans to pay for our jersey order:
The price for jerseys will be $58 for sizes Small - XL and $63 for jerseys that are 2XL-3XL.
Payments should be provided to the band boosters. Click HERE for details on payments accepted.
If you are providing payment digitally (Zelle, Paypal, Cash App), please send Mr. Collins a screenshot of your payment for accurate record keeping.
You may make multiple payments over time to pay for the jerseys. If not paying in full, please make at least one payment per month until paid in full. Payments are due in full by November 14.
As of this newsletter, no one has provided any payments for their jerseys.
