Congratulations on an excellent performance at the USBands championships last week. It was a wonderful way to cap off the full band's competitive season.

We wrap up the competitive season for drumline this week with our performance at the Lewisville Drumline Invitational. Let’s look forward to working towards our best performance of The Bloom

Cycle2, Week 3 (B Week), November 3 - 9

• Monday

  • During A1 - Unload, Rehearse The Bloom

  • After School Rehearsal from 3:30-5:30pm at Naaman Forest

    • Battery+Pit, Plan to rehearse outside

• Tuesday

  • No School - Election Day

• Wednesday

  • During A1 - Focus on The Bloom and Stands tunes

  • After School Rehearsal + Recording Session from 3:30-6:00pm at Naaman Forest

    • Plan to rehearse outside. Bring Drumline Jersey.

• Thursday

  • During B5 - Solos and The Bloom

  • During B7 - Solos and The Bloom

  • Football Game v South Garland at Williams Stadium from 3:00-10:30pm (Senior Night)

• Friday (B Day)

  • During A1 - Focus on Stands Tunes and Solos

  • Football Game at Sachse at HBJ Stadium from 3:00-11:00pm (Halloween game)

• Saturday

  • Lewisville Drumline Contest from 10:00am - 8:00pm

Drumline Jersey Payment

Drumline Jerseys arrived in record time this year and we’ve already had two awesome events to show them off. It is time to make plans to pay for our jersey order:

• The price for jerseys will be $58 for sizes Small - XL and $63 for jerseys that are 2XL-3XL.

• Payments should be provided to the band boosters. Click HERE for details on payments accepted.

  • If you are providing payment digitally (Zelle, Paypal, Cash App), please send Mr. Collins a screenshot of your payment for accurate record keeping.

• You may make multiple payments over time to pay for the jerseys. If not paying in full, please make at least one payment per month until paid in full. Payments are due in full next week on November 14.

• As of this newsletter, one has provided payments for jerseys.

8th Grade Open House on Thursday, November 13

We have added an event to our calendar. On Thursday, November 13, the drumline and varsity winds will be participate for the 8th grade open house held at Naaman Forest. Details are still being ironed out, but keep an eye on the information as it is updated on the Events Page.
